EMS and deputies responded to the First Stop in Wheelersburg after witnesses discovered two men unresponsive under a truck.
However, EMS personnel were eventually able to wake the pair up. I turned out that they were both sleeping under the truck. Both men refused to go to the hospital.
Deputies were contacted about 40 minutes later with a complaint the men were still there. Once again, they refused medical attention.
