3 Domestic Violence Arrests in 3 Hours

Officers made three domestic violence arrests in three hours time on Sunday. 

Just after 3:30 pm, officers headed to Bennett Schoolhouse Road after a caller reported a man becoming physical with a child and dragging it. Dispatch could hear screaming during the 9-1-1 call.  

Officers caught up with Shane Pollard about half an hour later and booked him into the Scioto County Jail on domestic violence charges. 

 

Deputies arrested another man for domestic violence just before 6 p.m. after they received a 9-1-1 hangup from a woman. When they called back, a man cussed them out. Police took two men into custody and booked them into the Scioto County Jail.

They charged Richard Buck with domestic violence and obstructing official business and Keith Starrett with domestic violence.
