3 indicted in shooting

🔎 WHAT WE TOLD YOU BEFORE

We first reported on this case last month after the shooting in Wayne Hills.

Harmon later appeared in Portsmouth Municipal Court, where a judge ordered him held in the Scioto County Jail under bond. A preliminary hearing in the case had been scheduled for March 12.

Court records also show this wasn’t his first run-in with the law. Harmon had previously been arrested for aggravated menacing in 2024, though that case was dismissed. More recently, he drew attention after posting a photo on social media appearing to show a firearm.

⚖️ WHAT THIS MEANS

An indictment doesn’t mean guilt—but it does mean a grand jury found enough evidence for the case to move forward.

With charges this serious—especially attempted aggravated murder—this is a case that’s likely far from over.

And based on the number of counts?
Investigators believe this wasn’t random—it was organized, violent, and could have ended much worse.
