Hot Dogs Recalled

The government has issued a warning about hot dogs produced at a plant in Greenup County. AW Farms has recalled 6,000 pounds of hot dogs. The ready-to-eat dogs were produced at the plant starting on May 30 of this year.

According to the recall notice, none of those hot dogs had a required federal food safety inspection. The hot dogs were shipped to restaurants and hotels in Ohio and West Virginia.  So far, there have been no reports of illnesses associated with the hot dogs.
