A man with a long history of arrests was arrested for the 17th time after a witness reported some strange behavior in from of the McDonald’s on Gallia.
Just after 11 pm, a caller said a shirtless man was staggering towards the road. The caller said he appeared to be highly intoxicated.
Police arrived on the scene about five minutes later and took Dillon Kristian into custody for disorderly conduct. This was his 17th arrest. He’s been arrested seven times so far this year on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
He was immediately released from jail on $150, which is the standard bond set by the court for the charge.
Another incident of people under the influence at a restaurant was reported at 1 am. An employee at Rally’s said there were people sitting at tables who refused to leave the premises. They appeared to be intoxicated. However, this group left before the police arrived.
