Aaron Todd Lemaster

Aaron Todd Lemaster, 62, of Jackson, Ohio, went to his eternal home in Heaven on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Born May 12, 1964, in Chillicothe, Ohio, Aaron was the son of Lonnie and Diane (Hoover) Lemaster. He was a 1982 graduate of Eastern High School in Beaver, Ohio. Aaron attended LifePoint Church in Portsmouth, Ohio, where he was baptized.

Aaron was known for his strong work ethic and his deep love for his friends and community. Although he held many jobs throughout his life, his greatest passions were farming and excavation.

For 45 years, Aaron proudly served as a member of the Scioto Township Volunteer Fire Department, including 36 years as chief. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping bring about the construction of the current fire station in 2011. Throughout the years, he also served on numerous farming- and fire department-related committees and faithfully served his community as a Scioto Township trustee.

In addition to his parents, Aaron is survived by his best friend and loving partner of nearly 20 years, Angie Hamilton; his daughters, Nicole Lemaster, Jordan (Adam) Dailey, and Taylor Lemaster; his bonus daughters, Erin (Andrew) Stuart, Kelly (Paul) O’Bryant, and Bethany (Cody) Anderson; his grandchildren, Weston, Cruize, Zade, Ellianna, and Grayson; his bonus grandchildren, Parker, Ava, Carson, Connor, Brooklyn, Braelyn, and Paige; his brothers, Jeremy (Connie) Lemaster and Brad (Lori) Lemaster; and several nieces and nephews.

Aaron also leaves behind many treasured friends whose lives were enriched by his friendship, generosity, and steadfast dedication. His legacy of service, hard work, and love for others will live on in the family, friends, and community he held so dear.

Calling hours for family and friends will take place Friday, August 28, 2026, 12 Noon to 8:00 PM at Scioto Township Volunteer Fire Department, 4701 State Route 776, Jackson, Ohio. Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 12 Noon, also at the Fire Department with Pastor Ryan Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Beaver Union Cemetery, Beaver, Ohio. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to D.W. Swick & Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Sciotoville.
