Accused Greenup County Rapist Pulls Knife During Arrest
A Greenup County man was arrested on sexual abuse allegations by the Kentucky State Police.
According to police, Justin McDowell has been charged with second-degree rape and incest. The arrest occurred at an unidentified individual’s home in Ashland, Kentucky.
According to investigators, McDowell brandished a knife when Troopers attempted to arrest him.
Following his arrest, McDowell was transported to King’s Daughters Medical Center for unspecified injuries. Then, he was taken to the Boyd County Detention Center after being released.
As a result of the incident, which led to McDowell’s arrest, he is also facing additional charges in Boyd County.
