Andrew D. Yelley, 26 of Sciotoville passed away on September 1, 2020, in Portsmouth. He was born August 26, 1994, in Portsmouth to Hubert Yelley and Sandy Clark. He enjoyed fishing, races of all kinds, football, and four-wheeling. Andrew was a “Country Boy”, and loved wearing cowboy boots, and country music. Most of all, he loved spending time with his son Noah.
He is survived by his son Noah; parents, Sandy Clark of Sciotoville and Hubert Yelley of Portsmouth; three brothers, Billy Yelley of Dayton, Cody Yelley of Portsmouth, Jeffery Yelley of Portsmouth; three sisters, Megan Clark of Wheelersburg, Tiffany Yelley of Mansfield, Andrea Yelley of Portsmouth, Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Brittany Gambill in 2019.
