A 7th Street woman contacted PPD to report a bizarre crime just before 7:30 pm. She said a woman, who had a thing for her boyfriend, came to her home and broke all of her window air conditioners.
The woman apparently showed up at the home, had a brief conversation with the man, then went around the home pushing in three window air conditioning units. One of the units broke in the fall.
Officers explained the process of filing for a protective order.
