A Green Township woman learned it pays to have friends with guns after an incident on her property, just after 9 p.m.
She told officers she spotted a man trying to break into her camper and he fled in an unknown direction. However, she felt pretty safe as friends with guns responded to her home and were on the porch keeping a lookout for the suspicious character while she waited for deputies to arrive.
Deputies checked the area but could not locate the guy.
