Armed Proctorville Woman Leads Huntington Police in Car Chase

Huntington Police Chase

After a police chase, five people were arraigned at the Cabell County Courthouse.

The Huntington Violent Crime Drug Task Force noticed a car speeding in the 2800 block of 8th Avenue.

Police tried to pull the car over, but it kept going for a few miles and ended up just stopping at Springdale and Davis.

The police report states four of the passengers fled from the back seat, with one not being caught as of Thursday night.

They found heroin/fentanyl mixture around 90 grams, which is about $18,000 worth.

Nearly $9,000 in cash, two guns, and digital scales were also found.

Three of these suspects were from Detroit.

Zakia Lee,21, is from Proctorville, Ohio. Police say that she was driving and that she had a pistol in her front waistband when she was ordered to the ground.

Kelsey Seibert lives in Huntington.

Each suspect is charged with possession with the intent to deliver controlled substances, except for Lee, who is also charged with obstruction.

Lee faces charges for fleeing in a vehicle.

Bonds were reportedly set at $100,000
