Baby Found Dead In Crib
A tragic situation at a Scioto County home early Sunday morning.
EMS personnel responded to a home on St. Rte 139 at 2:39 am after a caller said they found an 18-month-old child dead in a crib. The caller said the child was last seen alert around 9 pm. Deputies responded to the scene, and dispatch contacted the coroner to investigate.

Just a few hours later, a Glendale Avenue caller contacted dispatch to say he’d come to check on his uncle and found him deceased. The man had been dealing with health issues.
Deputies responded to the scene and got permission from the coroner to release the body to a funeral home.
