A woman called PPD at 1:30 am saying that a baby had been left unattended at a Wayne Hills Apartment. She said the child was locked in the apartment alone.
When officers responded, they spoke to the mom, whom they said was a first-time mother who’d left the baby sleeping while she visited a neighbor.

They noted the baby appeared to be in good health and advised the mother that it was not a good idea to leave the child alone under any circumstances.
