At 11:20 pm, a caller reported spotting an unrestrained baby in the front seat of an SUV driving recklessly at Speedway. The caller gave officers the license number.
When officers caught up with the vehicle, the man and woman in the car said someone had attempted to fight the man while they were at Speedway, and they had driven off in a hurry to avoid confrontation.
Offices advised the pair of the dangers of failing to use secure a child in a car and of the procedures for obtaining a TPO.
