Betty Ruth Kelly, 91 of South Webster passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at SOMC Hospice. Born November 9, 1929, in Kentucky, a daughter of the late Estel and Myrtle Collier Barker, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Leslie (Denise) Kelly, Dwight (Eileen) Kelly; one daughter, Marlene (Jerry) Moore; seven grandchildren, Shawn Kelly, Cheryl Gonzalez, Scott Kelly, Stephanie Morgan, Tiffany Kelly, Steven Kelly, Austin Mansfield; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; two brothers, Harold Barker, Ed (Norma) Barker; one sister, Martha (Roger) Yelley, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hobert E. Kelly on July 20, 2015, and three sisters, Rosetta Brokos, Dorothy West, and Mary Knapp.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 5, 2021, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
