Bigfoot Sighting in Athens County?
On August 19th, 2020, the Athens County Sheriff’s Office released a list of calls that had been reported to them on the 18th. Included in that post was a call in which a group of people at a state park claimed to have seen a bipedal creature between 3 and 4 feet tall.
When deputies searched the area they were unable to find any creatures matching the description. The people who reported the sighting stated that the creature they witnessed was not human. A creature that matches this description may possibly be the elusive Bigfoot that people have searched for religiously over the years.
This is not the first bigfoot sighting in the Ohio area. Even just this year there was a Bigfoot presentation in Warren County in which over 60 people gathered to tell their stories of seeing Bigfoot in the wild. The investigator who hosted the event says that the bigfoot is both real and is living in Ohio.
Back in January, another expert visited Fairfield County to investigate a Bigfoot sighting in Stoutsville. The researcher, Matt Moneymaker is known in the field as one of the most knowledgable Bigfoot researchers in the US, and his appearance in Ohio may just be a sign that sasquatch lives among us.
Was this Bigfoot or was it some other creature? Does Bigfoot exist, and if he does, is he in Ohio?
