Bloody Man Found at Kroger
A bloody start to the morning at Kroger on 9th Street. A caller reported a man lying face down on the ground near the gas station.
A few minutes later, a second caller said that the man had blood on his head.
An ambulance transported the man to SOMC for treatment.
Out of Control at Frank & Steins Lounge
It was a wild weekend at Frank & Steins Lounge.
Just after 1 am, officers responded to the bar for a report of a bar fight. A squad checked the man, but he refused further medical treatment.
The victims in the fight said they did not wish to press charges, and officers released the man to his sober wife.
At 2 am, a caller reported that her husband and brother-in-law had been jumped at Frank & Steins, and now the men who jumped them had followed them home and were arguing with them.
When officers arrived on the scene, they advised the men to leave, and they complied.
Death Threats at Speedway
A woman contacted police at 3 am to report that a man threatened to kill her at Speedway. She told police the man might have a gun and she feared he might follow her back to her home.
At the same time, an employee of the store contacted police to say there was a man in the store threatening to kill a female customer.
Police took information for a report.
Drugs Impounded After Woman ODs at Lucasville Speedway
Deputies responded to the Lucasville Speedway just before 10 pm, after an employee reported that a woman passed out in the store. The caller said the woman was currently unconscious on the floor.
When the ambulance and deputies arrived on the scene, they administered Narcan to revive the woman. Deputies discovered a bag of pills in the woman’s pocket and some unknown white powder.
About thirty minutes later, a Center Street caller reported that a pregnant woman had overdosed on heroin and was now combative with family members. Dispatch sent an ambulance.
