Fighting Over Food Stamps

Just before noon, a caller reported two women arguing over a food stamp card on 4th street.

Officers spoke with both women. The food stamp card and a phone charger were returned to their owner. Since both women lived at the address, police could not ask either of them to leave.

The Need For Speed

Police set up radar in the 4900 block of US 52 to look for speeders at 12:21 pm. They cited five drivers for driving over 65 mph in a 50 zone.

Better Mind Mom

A mom contacted the police and asked them to come to Kroger to handle a family dispute at 3:49 pm. She said her juvenile daughter was acting up in the parking lot.

The girl made threats to fight her mother and her siblings. Police advised all to behave.
