A Linwood Avenue resident made a tragic discovery just after 6 pm. The man called 911 to report he’d found his neighbor unresponsive and believed she was dead.

EMS responded to the scene, and medics confirmed that the woman was indeed deceased. Deputies sent for the Scioto County Coroner.
The coroner’s office took possession of the deceased.
