Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Boland’s Mini Mart in West Portsmouth after a report that two men got into a fight inside the store and knocked over the counter.
The caller said both people were still there.
Portsmouth Ambulance also received a direct call from the wife of one of the men, saying that her husband needed an ambulance.
