Brian Kelly Mullen, 54 of West Portsmouth, died Monday, November 14, 2022, at his home. He was born September 18, 1968, in Portsmouth to the late James and Mary Smith Mullen.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Geneva Blair and Cynthia Bennett.
Brian loved fishing, he loved his dogs, especially Otis and he loved traveling. He lived to go to the beach.
Brian is survived by 2 daughters: Amber Mullen and Brianna (Joshua) Mullen-Hayes, a son Bryson Mullen-Leadingham, 2 brothers: James (Jill) Mullen and Lonny Mullen, 4 sisters: Carol (Kenny Fugitt) Deaterla, Roxanne (Eddie) Cooley, Jamie Rivera and Marg (Steve) Leadingham, 3 grandchildren: Levi and Noah Parker and Lillian Mullen, best friend Floyd Vice along with several other friends. He was loved by many.
