Brian William Andrews was born on April 20, 1960, and passed away with his family by his side on Saturday May 4, 2024, at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. He left behind a legacy of warmth and joy. Brian was the beloved child of the late Mary Helen Louise (Clark) Andrews and Frank E. Andrews, he is also survived by siblings: Jim Clark, Francis Marken, Frank Andrews, Sharon Kay Karasek, and Pamela Susette Warren.
Throughout his life, Brian was known for his genuine kindness and perpetual happiness. He had a remarkable ability to connect with others and loved meeting new people. His presence brought comfort and joy to those around him, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Brian found immense joy in his passions, which included collecting comics, playing golf and basketball, and listening to country music. These pursuits brought him not only happiness but also a sense of fulfillment and connection with others.
Brian’s infectious smile spread joy to those around him. He left behind several nieces and nephews who were undoubtedly touched by his kindness and zest for life.
While we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the beautiful soul that Brian was. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Brian now rests peacefully, reunited with his beloved parents, sister, Ginger Claudette Lawson, and brother, Gary Pendry, who preceded him in death.
Brian’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have shared in his laughter and love. May his memory continue to bring comfort and inspiration to us all.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 19th, at the D.W. Swick Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.
