A woman contacted Portsmouth Police just after 6 p.m. to report an act of vandalism against her vehicle. The woman believed it was all connected to a disturbing incident that happened a week before.
She said back on September 15, a grey vehicle with a Florida tag pulled up to her residence and told her, “If you ever do that again bitch, I’ll shoot you” before leaving the scene.
The police report did not state what may have prompted the individual to follow her home.
She said that someone during the evening a week later, keyed her car and threw clear liquid on her vehicle. She suspected it was the same individual.
She contacted SOMC security, who told her their cameras don’t cover that area. Officers took information for a report.
