Carmeta Lyn Twinam, 56, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at OSU James Cancer Center in Columbus. She was born April 20, 1969 in Columbus, a daughter of the late Tommy and Maysel (Hammonds) Cook, she was a CNA, and was a member of Valley Chapel Church of Christ & Christian Union.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Twinam; two sons, Earl (Tessa) Twinam, II, Tommy (Jennifer) Twinam; one daughter, Natashia (Luke) Ford; fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild, and one sister, Sherry Cook.
Funeral services will be conducted at Noon Friday, October 24, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Bernie Twinam officiating.
