Carol Johnson Holbrook, 64, of South Shore, KY., passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Ashland Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., April 30, 1959 a daughter of the late Joseph and Irene Smith Johnson
Left behind to cherish her memory are two daughters, Summer (Wesley) Claxon, of South Webster, OH., and Alexandria Holbrook of Wheelersburg, OH; one son Adam Adkins, of South Webster, OH; one sister, Brenda (Lonnie) Jordan of South Shore, KY; one brother, Joe Johnson, of South Shore, KY; two grandchildren, Maverick Claxon and Booker Adkins. Along with nieces, nephews, family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
A Memorial Service will be held 1 P.M. Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with brother Wes Claxon officiating. Inurnment will follow at Collier Memorial Gardens in South Portsmouth, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday at the Funeral Home from 12 P.M. until the funeral hour.
