Cathy Marie Moore, 64, of Portsmouth, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at the SOMC Hospice Center. Born on March 31, 1957, in Portsmouth, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Johnson and Carolyn Jones-Johnson.
Cathy had previously worked in childhood education and was most known for her job at the Teacher’s Apple.
Surviving are a son, Isac (Cheyenne Evans) Moore of Portsmouth; three brothers, Joseph Johnson of Naples, FL, Jeffrey Johnson of Portsmouth and James Johnson of Portsmouth; two sisters, Rhonda (Kenny) Powell of Minford and Deborah (Dan) Yossett of Orlando, FL and a grandson on the way.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
