, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on June 22, 2025, at SOMC Hospice.

Chuck was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and his love for his family was evident to all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the SOMC Cancer Compassion Fund or SOMC Hospice.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Plymouth Heights Church of the Nazarene in Franklin Furnace, Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
