Officers responded to a tense domestic Situation just after midnight. A child was chasing his mother with a knife at a home on St. Rt. 335.
The boy was chasing his mother in the living room. One child at the home was outside, and two more were in the bedroom.
By the time police arrived, the mother wasn’t sure where the boy was. Officers cleared the house and eventually located the boy outside and spoke to him.
The mom sent the other children away for the night and said she would seek to have the child hospitalized in the morning.
