Child Sex Assault Reported
Portsmouth Police Officers responded to a report of child sex abuse just before 5 pm. A woman told police that a 14-year-old boy had touched her son inappropriately.
Officers headed over to the boy’s house to speak to him about the situation. He claimed the other boy fabricated the story to get him in trouble. Police took information for a report and contacted CPS about the situation.
