An upset mom headed to the Scioto County Sheriff’s Department to report a frightening issue involving her child.

She said that another child pulled a boxcutter on her child. The woman said she’d had a meeting at the child’s school but was not satisfied with the way the school was handling the issue and wanted to file a report.
Officers collected statements, but the woman said she did not wish to file any charges at that time.
