Not Again – City Shuts Down Another Unsafe House With Animals Inside

Officers headed to a home on Norway Road to investigate people inside an unsafe house. 

A man and woman fled when officers arrived, but police did take a woman into custody for violating a court directive.  

Animal Control was also called to the scene to lend a hand. Police booked Stacey Justice into the Scioto County Jail for contempt of court and violating a court directive. Justice has at least 20 prior arrests on charges including theft, escape, probation violation, drug possession, and non-support.
