Rebecca Ross appeared today in Judge Howard H Harcha’s courtroom today answering to five felony counts including drug trafficking and conspiracy.


The charges are:

TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE– Felony 2nd Degree

POSSESSION OF COCAINE– Felony 2nd Degree

TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN- Felony 2nd Degree

POSSESSION OF HEROIN- Felony 2nd Degree

CONSPIRACY– Felony 3rd Degree

Along with Ross, two others are named in the conspiracy. Samuel Edwards and Kyle Theodore Dublin are also named as codefendants in the case.

The trio all reside in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Today, Rebecca Ross appeared in person along with her attorney, Thomas Gjostein. Ross was arrested in Franklin County on September 15th and posted a $10,000 bond. Her attorney advised that Rebecca Ross submitted a plea of Not Guilty and accepted the continuance of the bond issued in Columbus.

Judge Harcha also advised Ross and her counsel to stop by the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to have her fingerprints taken before she went back to Columbus.  This case will next move to a pre-trial conference as it progresses its way through the system.
