Images shared publicly on social media show the man convicted of killing two beloved Toro Loco employees grinning as stuck a plea deal to be sentenced to 30 years for his crime.
The photos were captioned “Took that 30 like a gangsta.”
Anthony Kerns, 25, pleaded guilty to two counts of involuntary manslaughter with a firearms specification in the deadly double shooting.
The Portsmouth man was on parole for a 2017 robbery, when he gunned down Abraham Velasvo and Xavier Luna in Portsmouth back in November.
After an extensive manhunt, Kearns was captured hiding out in Jackson County.
