A man already doing time at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville for murder, attempted murder, and weapons charges landed in a little bit more trouble after the Scioto County Grand Jury indicted him on drug charges.
Cheston Napper, 42, faces charges of bringing drugs into the prison, aggravated trafficking in drugs, and aggravated possession of drugs.
Also indicted for bringing drugs into the prison was 53-year-old Anthony Faught of Wellston, Ohio. Faught was charged with illegal conveyance of drugs into a prison, aggravated trafficking of drugs, trafficking of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and drug possession.
