Roy Stephens

A Leesburg, Ohio police sergeant was arrested and charged with a sickening crime. Officials from the Highland County Sheriff said he exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl at a Father’s Day celebration. Further, he’s accused of giving the child alcohol.

The Accusation

On Father’s Day, a woman came to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office and reported that Stephens exposed himself to her 12-year-old daughter at a Father’s Day party in Highland County.

The Investigation

During a later interview, the girl said Stephens provided her with Busch Beer, Bud Lite Beer, Vodka Lemonade, and other alcohol during the evening. Other witnesses verified that they saw Stephens and the child alone in the garage together.

The Highland County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stephens for indecent exposure and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He’s due in court at the beginning of August.
