A deputy responded to Boren Blvd in Wheelersburg after a kid walked through an apartment complex and called several people derogatory names.
The caller said they returned the child to his custodial grandmother, but he was still calling people names.
A deputy responded to the scene to speak to the child and to the grandmother. The officer offered the grandma suggestions on steps she could take to curb the boy’s behavior.
