Cops Remove Out-of-Control Bus Passenger, Confiscate Drugs

Officers responded to a report of an out-of-control Greyhound Bus passenger just after 3 am. The bus driver called in, saying the man refused to sit down and was now demanding to be let off the bus. The driver wanted to drop the man at a safe place.

A deputy met up with the bus just past the Franklin Furnace exit on US 52, but the passenger did not calm down and attempted to fight the officer.

Other deputies responded to the scene and took the man into custody. Officers said he appeared to be under the influence of something. When they transported the man to the Scioto County Jail, they found a large amount of drugs.
