Officers discovered a large stash of marijuana in a surprising location. Just after noon, employees at a local nursing home contacted deputies to report they’d discovered pot in a patient’s room.
Officers headed to the scene and spoke to the patient’s son-in-law before impounding the marijuana and taking it back to the station.
Deputies took information for a report, but there was no indication of any arrest.
