A man called 9-1-1 to report a tragic discovery in Wheelersburg.
He told dispatch he’d just discovered his brother-in-law dead from what appeared to be an overdose. He reported there were needles lying near the man.
Deputies responded to the scene and contacted the coroner, who sent a transport to pick up the deceased.
