Just after 9 am, a man called 911 to report he’d found his girlfriend deceased on Kent Street.
When EMS arrived on the scene, medics confirmed the woman was indeed deceased. Officers contacted the Scioto County Coroner and called in a detective to investigate the scene.
The Coroner’s Office took possession of the deceased to do a complete forensic medical examination.
