Just before noon, the owner of a South Point business contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to report that someone had used the company’s credit card to make a curbside pickup at the Wheelersburg Lowe’s.
The victim said they had also contacted the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, but they refused to take a report and told her to call Scioto County. Local deputies took information for a report.
