Crystal Diana Hart, 49, of Piketon passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. She was born on August 20, 1977 in Portsmouth to the late James Hart and Nancy Murray.
Crystal is survived by her children; Brooklyn (Matthew McRoberts) Hart of Waverly and Christopher (Hannah) Hart of Piketon; MiMi to, Myiah McRoberts, Mattilyn McRoberts, Boston McRoberts, Jameson McRoberts, Ellie Hart and Apollo Hart. She is also survived by her sister, Michelle Hart of Indiana; and nieces, Jorden Hitchcock of Waverly and Kaitlin Buchanan of Indiana; a nephew, Austin Buchanan of North Carolina; her aunt and uncle, Ted (Sharon) Hart of Circleville, and many great nieces and nephews. Crystal loved the beach and collecting sea shells. Her favorite thing in this world was spending time with her grandchildren.
Services are in the care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.
