Dad Calls Cops After Neighbor Asks To Do This With his 2-Year-Old
A concerned father contacted Portsmouth Police to report some suspicious behavior for a neighbor involving his two-year-old child.
He says the man has been coming around his house to talk to his daughter and even asked if he could take pictures of the toddler.
The father says neighbors warned him the man is a sex offender. He said he told the man to stay away from his house.
Police advised the man to contact them if the neighbor comes back.
