In Friendship, Ohio, the Buckeye Dairy Bar has been serving families for over five decades. They are a true gem in the heart of Friendship.

Scioto County Deputies came to the rescue of a baby locked inside a vehicle at the Buckeye Dairy Bar just before 6 pm.

The frantic callers reported that the child had accidentally been locked in the car, and the keys were inside on the center console.

Deputies used a lock-out kit to open the door, and medics checked out the baby. The baby was uninjured.

Reports indicate that the adult with the baby did not face criminal charges.
