Disgusting Assault at Kroger – Man Attacked with **
A disturbing report of a disgusting assault with a bodily fluid in a nearby community.
A man contacted Chillicothe Police to report he was attacked with what he believed to be semen while he was walking near the Kroger on North Bridge Street.
The man said he didn’t see his attacker, but said this was not the first time something like this had happened to him in the area.
The man appeared unharmed, and officers are still looking into the attack.
Attacks with bodily fluids are most often seen in correctional facilities, and inmates are frequently indicted for the offense.
Two months ago, 4 inmates at the Scioto County Correctional Facility were indicted by the Scioto County Grand Jury for similar attacks.
Inmates at correctional facilities often assault staff with urine, feces, and other bodily substances.
Indicted were:
Andrew Coffey, 24, is doing time on assault charges.
Chase Mitchell, 30, was convicted of Robbery.
Robert Perry, is currently incarcerated for abduction, robbery, and attempted felonious assault.
Carl Honorable, 39, is serving time on multiple assault charges and has been sentenced three times for harassment by an inmate.
