Officers responded to Wayne Hills just before 4 a.m. for a report of a woman lying on the sidewalk.
Police took Danita Carver into custody for disorderly conduct and also took possession of her dog, dropping it off at the kennel at the city garage.
This was the 39-year-old woman’s 14th visit to the Scioto County Jail.
Previous arrests include probation violation, failure to appear, possession of drug abuse instruments, aggravated arson, contempt, OVI, and driving under a suspension.
