Donald Ray Ingles Sr., 60, of Portsmouth, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023, at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was born July 15, 1962, to the late Ora and Jacqueline (Hoover) Ingles in Portsmouth.
Donald was a Deacon at Victory Tabernacle in West Portsmouth. He loved working on cars, going fishing, and walking his dog, Scrappy, which he did twice a day.
Donald is survived by his wife, Denise (Stiltner) Ingles whom he married in 1981; two sons, Donald Ray Ingles Jr. of Portsmouth, and Jason Ingles and wife Cassondra of Lucasville; two sisters, Jeannie Harrington of Columbus, and Bonnie Rawlins and husband Arza of Columbus; two grandchildren, Abagayle Ingles and Atalie Ingles.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Bishop Pastor Bob Stiltner and Pastor Ruth Stiltner McGlone officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
