Donna Suzanne Collins, 78, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away on October 19, 2026.
Donna was born on February 7, 1948, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Donald Jenkins and Martha “Betty” Jenkins.
Donna will be lovingly remembered by her family for her wonderful sense of humor, the special memories they shared, and the many valuable lessons she taught them. Her laughter, love, and the impact she made on those around her will remain in their hearts for years to come.
She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Jackson; four grandchildren, Samantha (Aaron) Lee, Codie (Dakota) Adams, Kylie (Bronson) Gilbert, and Haliegh (Bryce) Wolfenbarker; and eight great-grandchildren, who will carry her memory forward.
Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sammy Collins; her daughter, Lora Adams; her father, Donald Jenkins; and her mother, Martha “Betty” Jenkins.
A private memorial service will be held at a location reserved for immediate family.
