Drug Bust Shocker: Dayton Dealer Busted In Scioto County With Meth, Fentanyl, Cash & Guns!

Another out-of-towner has been caught flooding Scioto County with deadly drugs! 

A major drug bust on Duck Run Road in Lucasville netted over $29,000 worth of meth, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, along with four loaded guns and nearly $3,000 in cash. Once again, one of the key suspects is from outside the county, proving that big-city dealers keep targeting Scioto County as their playground! 

THE RAID 

On February 13th at 9:06 a.m., the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force, assisted by Portsmouth Police SWAT, raided the home of Carla A. Blair, 49, in Lucasville. Inside, officers hit the jackpot, uncovering: 

🔹 328 grams of crystal meth
🔹 125 grams of fentanyl – enough to kill thousands
🔹 11 grams of crack cocaine
🔹 FOUR loaded firearms
🔹 Scales, baggies, and drug trafficking supplies
🔹 Nearly $3,000 in suspected drug money 

WHO’S IN CUFFS? 

🔹 Davion Cortez Black, 29, of Dayton – Charged with drug trafficking, possession, and illegal weapons charges.


🔹 Carla A. Blair, 49, of Lucasville – Facing the same serious felonies.


🔹 Jonathon Seth Spencer, 26, of Lucasville – Arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Black and Blair were hauled off to the Scioto County Jail and are set to face a judge on Valentine’s Day morning.
