Drug Crisis – 5 Indicted on Drug Charges 

The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted five local residents on drug charges during its latest session.  

Amber Friedhof 

Amber Friedhof, 38, of Lucasville faces charges of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.  

Friedof has been booked into the Scioto County Jail five times on charges including probation violation, DUI, meth possession, grand theft auto, contempt, and failure to appear.  

Stephanie Webb 

Stephanie Webb, 42, faces drug possession charges. Webb’s been in the Scioto County Jail 20 times. Previous charges include probation violation, drug possession, driving under a suspension, theft, and DUI. 

William Sadler 

William Sadler, 30, of West Portsmouth, faces three counts of aggravated drug possession, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and possession of drug abuse instruments.  

Sadler’s been arrested 16 times on multiple charges, including aggravated menacing, escape, probation violation, vandalism, aggravated trafficking, DUI, burglary, disorderly conduct, and contempt.  

Anthony Ramey 

Anthony Ramey, 23, of Portsmouth was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and possession of drug paraphernalia.   

Ramey was busted for theft back on March 2 and for failure to appear on January 11.  

Cassandra Franklin 

Cassandra Franklin, 37, is facing charges of identity fraud, trafficking in a controlled substance analog, and possession of a controlled substance.
